The Palms is a two bedroomed single storey house which is in Las Americas II a small residential development (59 properties) in Corralejo parque.
It has a rear garden with table, chairs,sunbeds & a garden chair swing. The large roof terrace has panoramic views of the mountains and over to Lanzarote, the terrace is equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds.
The communal pool is located on the development less than 100m from the house.
This house is located in a quiet residential area in Corralejo (near ‘Baku’ water park). It is approx 1km walk to the start of parque Natural beaches and approx 1km walk to the town centre bars and shops, the nearest bars, restaurants & supermarket are a five minute walk away.
The house comprises a fully fitted American styled kitchen in light beech with black work surfaces a stainless steel sink, ceramic hob, oven, grill, kettle, toaster, microwave, washer and a large fridge freezer.
The lounge has modern furnishings, mood lighting, a ceiling fan, a T.V, DVD player with a library of over 100 DVD’s, CD player & a games console with a selection of games, we also have Satellite TV which provides many English speaking channels. A Yale home safe is available (free) for the use of our guests.
Both bedrooms are of equal size and are fitted with wardrobes and ceiling fans. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds with side tables in both.
The front garden is planted with a palm tree and the rear garden is planted with established plants and garden furniture to complete a relaxing atmosphere for al fresco dining.
The roof terrace is 60 square metres and is equipped with sun beds, table and chairs and a shower to cool off after a days sunbathing.
The Palms is located in a quiet residential area where there is ample parking space.

The rear garden has a wall with a brushwood fence surrounding it and stairs leading to the terrace. The garden is planted with desert plants in keeping with the island. Table and chairs make this a perfect outdoor dining area with lighting provided for evening drinks.

The american kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob, grill, oven, microwave, a large fridge freezer and a washing machine. It is equipped with a kettle, toaster and all the requirements for your holiday.
