The Satellite TV system incorporates two dishes which receive programs from a number of different satellites, which you can expect 8 or more to be broadcasting in English at any given time, some broadcast only in English whilst others broadcast occasional English programs & films.
This is a 'Televes' based system not Sky TV so there are a number of channels that you will probably not of heard of before.
